The Meeker Clinic opened in January 2012.

The Meeker Clinic is staffed by Lauren Wood, APRN. Lauren is supervised by Wendell Richards, D.O. and provides quality healthcare to the entire family.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Oklahoma, and then received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Oklahoma where she was also recognized by the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is a current member of the Oklahoma Nurse Practitioners Association and the American Academy Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She is married to Dr. Bret Wood, graduate of Meeker High School and has 4 children. Their family resides in Meeker and is excited to be part of the Meeker community.
