SSM Health Care Oklahoma to Acquire Shawnee Medical Center Clinic
SSM Health Care Oklahoma and the Shawnee Medical Center Clinic (SMCC) today signed an agreement that will bring the multispecialty medical group into SSM Health Care Oklahoma effective June 17, 2012. Terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
